Account Creation & Security

The name, mobile number, email address, and other details submitted during registration must be genuine and belong to you. Creating an account with false or incorrect information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts or opening an account under another person's identity will be treated as fraudulent activity, and all associated accounts will be suspended immediately.
Password & Security
Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong password and never share it with any third party. jaya70 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from compromised login credentials.
If you believe your account is being accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately. We may request identity verification at any time to ensure the security of your account.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Jaya70 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances: providing false information, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, operating multiple accounts, or attempting to compromise platform security. Depending on the severity of the situation, the user may or may not be warned before any action is taken.
Any remaining valid balance will be refunded upon account closure; however, bonus or promotional funds will be forfeited. To reactivate a closed account, please contact our support team and complete the required verification process.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Each user is solely responsible for their own actions while using the jaya70 platform. By using the platform, you agree to do so only for lawful entertainment and betting purposes, and to refrain from any illegal use. Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing is a serious criminal offence under the laws of Bangladesh.

Payment & Transaction Information

In no event shall jaya70's total liability to a user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the relevant calendar month. This limitation applies to all direct, indirect, and incidental losses.
